Taking place today Friday 28th August 2015, where she would be performing alongside South African superstars Mafikizolo and International Recording Artiste and business mogul Akon.

Following a successful outing in December, Yada Magazine is proud to present "Stripped: A Love Story." The event is a musical outreach aimed at showing love and we would be doing so to the Little Saints Orphanage. Come September 5th Toeyoursea, Mykey, Temitayo George-Benson, IK Worships, Furilla Records All Stars, XL2Letters, Endi Ziki, Phrance, T-acoustic among others will thrill guests and kids of the orphanage.
Guests will come with their gifts and donations to the venue and all the proceeds made will be given to Little Saints Orphanage.

Since its inception on the 4th of June 1994, the orphanage has been a divine haven for more than a thousand orphans, abused and abandoned children. It was the first non-governmental indigenous orphanage approved by the Lagos state government.

At the well attended World Humanitarian Day event at Oriental Hotel Lekki, Lagos, on the 19th of August 2015, singer/humanitarian NIKKI LAOYE received the Humanitarian Personality of the Year 2015 in recognition of her sincere devotion to humanitarian causes in the Country via her Angel 4 Life Foundation, an organisation committed to supporting the development and empowerment of people with disabilities (visually impaired and physically challenged youths) and people of National Concern (Internally Displaced Persons & Refugees).
A global day of recognition, World Humanitarian Day was celebrated in Nigeria by Nigeria/USA based organisation, World Hope Foundation with a special seminar and honorary awards event, tagged "The Nigeria Celebrities for Charity Awards", their annual event created to inspire celebrities, corporate organisations and everyday citizens to become involved in the generous act of giving.
The recipient will receive a creatively designed "Hands of Love" statuette with their name and award category engraved on 19th August of every year to commemorate the World Humanitarian Day.
After two years of research on Nigerian Celebrities working on Humanitarian causes, World Hope Foundation identified singer/humanitarian, Nikki Laoye as the most consistent celebrity serving on the field for the past five years with some of her foundation’s projects including The Isaac Olushola Educational Project for Students with Disabilities & The Buy A Cane Project (a mobility aid project for the visually impaired community).
World Hope Foundation also noted her recent role as the Celebrity Voice for federal government agency, NCFRMI SouthWest (National Commission for Refugees, Migrants and Internally Displaced Persons) in which Nikki Laoye and her foundation have been working with NCFRMI and other agencies via their humanitarian projects - "The Angel Relief Fund - TARF" and “School Without Walls Project” to further support the ongoing relief works for families displaced by the Boko Haram terror attacks from Northern Nigeria by providing food, clothes, medical supplies and also supporting the education of the children as they rebuild their lives in IDP camps across Nigeria.

August 19th is celebrated worldwide as World Humanitarian Day, a day set aside to honor and recognize people who have dedicated their lives to help others via humanitarian causes.
For this year’s celebration in Nigeria, Recording Artist/Humanitarian, Nikki Laoye is being honored by World Hope Foundation, a Global not-for-profit public charitable organization, based in Nigeria and USA, at their World Humanitarian Day event, holding tomorrow, 19th of August 2015 at Oriental Hotel, Lekki Lagos.
As part of celebrations for this special day, The Organization in partnership with other interested stakeholders has organized a seminar tagged “Humanitarian Essential” to motivate and empower NGOs, Social Enterprises, Civil Society and Community Development groups in the country.

The Highlight of the seminar will be the conferment of the Nigerian Celebrity for Charity Award on Recording Artiste/Humanitarian, Nikki Laoye (Celebrity Voice, NCFRMI SouthWest) in recognition of her sincere devotion to humanitarian causes in the Country.
For the past five years, Nikki Laoye is renowned for her humanitarian projects via her Angel 4 Life Foundation, an organisation committed to supporting the development and empowerment of people with disabilities (visually impaired and physically challenged youths) and people of National Concern (Internally Displaced Persons & Refugees).
