The visual offering will housed music videos, dance videos, live performances, acoustic sets and footage from Yemi Alade's African and European tour in support of her successful debut album "King Of Queens". The official unreleased music video for "Na Gode" alongside fan favourites like "Johnny", "Tangerine", "Kissing" Taking Over Me" amongst others are in the set's tracklist.

SAD NEWS: SAM SARPONG DIES AT 40 AFTER LEAPING OFF A BRIDGE

British-Ghanian Television Personality, Rapper, Model and Actor, Sam Sarpong has died after falling from a bridge in southern California.

According to reports, Police in Pasadena spent seven (7) hours attempting to talk the 40-year-old star down from the ledge on Monday October 26th, 2015, but he eventually jumped to his demise.

The Los Angeles County Coroner’s office has said that the case is being investigated as a possible suicide but the cause of death would not be determined until the results of a toxicology test are released.

The British born actor and television personality moved to the US and forged a succesful career as catwalk model, working for Tommy Hilfiger, Gucci and Versace and became Louis Vuitton’s first black male model.

He is most famous for his work hosting Yo Mamma, a youth comedy show which aired on MTV between 2006 and 2007, as well as for working with BET and presenting the Best 
African Act at the BET Awards.

The older brother of Loose Women star June Sarpong later moved into acting and appeared in over 75 films and TV shows according to his IMDb page. 

In response to his death, his sister released this statement:

 “I love my brother very much. Sam was an amazing human being. His passing is a loss for the world. 

“I’d ask anyone who is going through tough times to seek help. Please talk to someone.”

She went on to say: “My family and I are in a state of shock, please allow us to grieve in private. Thank you for all your messages of condolence.”

In another statement, his family said: 

"It is with great sadness that the family of Samuel Sarpong Jr. must share the news that Sam has passed away.

"The circumstances surrounding his death are currently under investigation and no additional details are known at this time.

It is indeed a terrible loss, we pray for his friends and family at this time, that they have the fortitude to deal with his loss.

A uniquely gifted vocalist and performer, Ochuko is also a Human Resource specialist and a renowned lead psalmist at the House on the Rock (The Rock Cathedral), Lagos.

Alien Nation Creativity presents Temisan Ikomi's "The Minister's Wife".

Fast rising Gospel /Inspirational dance crew Alien Nation ( registered as Alien Nation Creativity)  brings its original  dance drama by Temisan Ikomi titled " The Minister's wife " on stage on the 11th of October 2015 at the Main Auditorium of the University of Lagos.

The Minister's wife is a Modern adaptation of the biblical story of Hosea, A prophet who was instructed by God to marry a wayward woman to prove his love for his people.

The Minister's Wife tells the romantic story of Bolarinwa, a small town pastor who falls in love with a beautiful working student, Amara. They eventually get married in what could only be described as a "match made in heaven " but only time would tell as lies, deceit and unfaithfulness plagued their perfect union..but was this God's plan all along and would love truly conquer all?

This concert is laced in a variety of dances, love songs, touching storyline and spectacle that would totally leave its audience awestruck, spellbound and wholesomely blessed.

The Minister's wife is Alien Nation's 4th original dance play as they have produced masterpieces as "Bride of Baghdad (2010) The Nazarene Chronicles ( 2011) and  Ikechi's covenant (2013) to name but a few all inspired by biblical stories.

Alien Nation has come a long way from its inception as a campus dance crew from Obafemi Awolowo University, ile- Ife ,Osun State in 2003 ; which migrated to university of Lagos and university of Ibadan and has featured in a variety of musical videos and top notch corporate events.

Alien Nation's claim to fame was when they featured in Award winning Artiste, Nikki Laoye's video for 123 in 2013 and they haven't stopped since; featuring in other videos as Tim Godfrey's "Good day" , Funke Akinokun's " Jehovah Mi and Nikki Laoye's "African Dance " videos to name a few.

The Minister's wife is Written, Directed and choreographed by Temisan Ikomi, leader and founder of Alien Nation Creativity. Temisan is a media consultant, presenter/producer , filmmaker, voiceover artist and  professional choreographer who is very passionate about his craft and constantly aims at positively  affecting the lives of young people through his work.

#Worship4Change: INTERNATIONAL WORSHIP LEADER 'BOB FITTS' HEADLINES 'WORSHIP FOR CHANGE' CONCERT THIS SUNDAY

The 2015 edition of the annual Worship for Change concert will take place this Sunday, 11th October 2015 (5pm – 8pm) at the Shell Hall of MUSON Cente, Onikan, Lagos. The Worship for Change concert, hosted by Wale Adenuga and Fountain of Praise, is a series of benefit concerts organized to raise awareness and support for orphans and children with special needs.

Since 2006 when these concerts started, over N23 million has been raised and deployed to directly impacting the lives of over 1,400 children.

This year's event would be headlined by International Singer/Songwriter and Worship Leader, Bob Fitts, who has been at the forefront of worship leading and song writing with an international platform in live performance and recordings for over 30 years.

Performing alongside Bob Fitts, are a plethora of gifted and talented Nigerian recording artistes including Patricia Uwaje-King (of Midnight Crew), Gbenga Adenuga, Gaise, Dolapo Adekolu, Bill Bidiaq, DJ Xpressit and Wale Adenuga himself. The event, which promises to be filled great music, dance and fun will be hosted by the very talented and hilarious MC SACO.

SINGER/HUMANITARIAN, NIKKI LAOYE ANNOUNCES THE 2015 #BuyACane PROJECT FOR THE BLIND & VISUALLY IMPAIRED COMMUNITY (INTERNATIONAL WHITE CANE DAY - OCTOBER 15)

Once again, Nikki Laoye and her Angel 4 Life Foundation are geared up to support the visually impaired community via their project initiative, The #BuyACane Project, a fundraising campaign to help purchase white guide canes, which are mobility aids for blind and visually impaired persons. 

The project is an ongoing initiative by the Foundation since 2012 in support of the International White Cane Day which holds on the 15th Of October, every year. This is a special day celebrated across the globe to support and encourage the independence & achievements of visually impaired persons.

The #BuyACane Project is a special campaign undertaken by Nikki Laoye who has an adopted blind brother,Adeola who is an executive official of the Nigeria Association of the Blind (Lagos Chapter).

Every year, Nikki Laoye and her team help to support the Lagos celebrations of the International White Cane Day and this year, the Association will be having a white cane walk on the 15th of October in Ikoyi with the theme "KEEPING THE BLIND MOVING" to create further awareness on the plight and facilities required for visually impaired students and individuals in Nigeria with emphasis on Lagos State.

Since 2012, Nikki Laoye has solicited the participation of kind hearted Nigerians and major celebrities such as Sammie Okposo, Funke Kuti, Yaw and Nedu of Wazobia FM, Kiki Omeili, Mc Abbey and more in the #BuyACane Project and the White Cane Walk as they supported the mobility needs of their visually impaired brothers and sisters.

White canes are purchased every year by Nikki Laoye's Angel 4 Life Foundation from outside the country and they are distributed freely to the hundreds of visually impaired youths that require them for their mobility and easy identification on the streets as they move around independently.

These canes are not readily available in Nigeria and most impaired persons can't afford them therefore your donation will help to purchase these canes and further support their independence.

Each Cane is sold at 3,500 naira and you can be a part of this great initiative by buying one or more canes today.
