Sammie Okposo recently ended the first leg of his European tour in Italy, Switzerland, Belgium and Paris, which kicked off from 26th of December, 2019 to 17th of January, 2020.

The new single is coming on the tail of this tour and ahead of Sammie Okposo Praise Party (SOPP) 2020 - Live in Hamburg, Amsterdam and Bremem on the 14th, 15th and 16th of February respectively.

He will also be performing in Houston on the 22nd and 23rd of February at Dee Jones Breakout Concert and Living Word Chapel's Festival of Praise.

In March of 2020, Sammie Okposo will be touring 6 cities in Canada including Edmonton, Winnipeg, Calgary, Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto.

Also Coming up in May is his tour across 6 Islands within the Carribean.

Ace Guitarist, Singer & Songwriter, Nelson Jason has released his debut album titled "Amazing Love" - an eclectic collection of songs that express love, honor, glory and adoration to God.

Speaking about his new music collection, Nelson shares: "The album is born out of my intention to express my thoughts, my experiences and how I feel being in an amazing relationship with the Most High God. 

The aim of this project is to inspire and sustain the worship of our God as we celebrate who He is and His love for us. 

The songs in the album are a symphonic celebration of God's Unconditional Love, that's why the album was named "Amazing Love"

The album consists of 11 tracks including the popular singles, “Your Love Dey Sweet”, “Most High", and the title track, “Amazing Love” and also features other artists including Chyka, Tobi Jeff Richards and acclaimed bassist, Frizzle.

Nelson Jason is a renowned songwriter/rhythm guitarist/producer who co-wrote Nikki Laoye’s award-winning hit song, “Only You”. He lives in the city of Lagos with a passion to create music that would inspire worship in the hearts of men, and has released a couple of singles including “Your Love Dey Sweet”, “Most High”, “I’m Proud To Say” and his most recent effort, “Amazing Love”.

A graduate of Law from the University of Ibadan, Nelson Jason has served as the Music Director at House On The Rock Church, Ibadan. He also served as a background vocalist for the great Bishop Hezekiah Walker and Jessica Reedy at the 2015 edition of The Experience Concert in Lagos.

He also works as the Technical Director of Nikki Laoye’s band, in which he also plays the rhythm guitar and sings background vocals.

As a songwriter, Nelson Jason has co-written songs for Artists and Organisations including Nikki Laoye’s Only You ; House On the Rock Lagos Church’s Welcome Song (which he co-wrote with Wilson Joel) and songs from Gospel Artist, Enkay’s Kingdom Anthem Album ( I Need You (feat. Nelson Jason is also the convener of the Nelson & Friends Live in concert which is renowned for its successful concerts within Lagos, Ibadan and at Iye L.G.A, during his youth corps service in Ekiti state.

BURNA BOY NOMINATED FOR 2020 GRAMMY AWARDS | SOUTH AFRICA CONCERT CANCELLED

A win for Nigeria is in the horizon as Nigerian Artist, Burna Boy has been nominated for the 62nd #GRAMMYs  in the Best World Music Album category alongside Angelique Kidjo and others.

We also gathered that Yemi Alade's "Woman of Steel" and Burna Boy's "African Giant" were the two Nigerian albums in the Grammy Decision box for the Grammy nomination but Burna's album made the final cut.

The Grammy Awards will be holding on Monday 27th January 2020.

Meanwhile in South Africa,
Africa Unite, the highly publicised anti-xenophobia concert which Burna Boy was billed to headline in South Africa has been cancelled, due to threats of violence. .

The concert organizers, Phambili Media and Play Network,confirmed Wednesday morning, that after engagement with Burna Boy’s management, a decision to withdraw his name from the line-up and as a result cancel the concert.

Consequently, both legs of the concert that were scheduled for Hillcrest Quarry, Cape Town, on November 23 and Sun Arena, Pretoria, November 24 were cancelled.

Anywaysss..Congratulations to Burna Boy.. We believe He is gonna get this one already..
