NIGERIA @ 53 - DOWNLOAD NIKKI LAOYE'S NIGERIA NATIONAL ANTHEM (AN EBONYLIFE TV PRODUCTION)

Hip! Hip!! Hurray!! its Nigeria's Independence Day Celebration today and we celebrate her with the hit version of the Nigerian National Anthem by Nigerian Soul Singer, Nikki Laoye.
(Music by ace music producer, Wilson Joel)
As the giant of Africa turns 53 today, every Nigerian stops to take a look at how far we have come as a nation.
Some say "not too far", some ask "how far now?"
...Questions piling up daily, with hearts crying out for a better day.
but the honest truth is...it will take YOU & I to make Nigeria a better place

Recently, Nigerian Soul Singer, Nikki Laoye, in collaboration with top media mogul, Mo Abudu and her fast rising TV network,  EbonyLife TV, recorded a sensational version of the anthem and  the first ever official video for the Nigerian National Anthem was released in June 2013.

Mo Abudu - CEO (EbonyLife TV)

A project designed by Mo Abudu as a constant reminder of the positive projection and celebration of every true Nigerian- our very own Clarion Call to daily project Greatness, uphold Justice and Serve One Another in Genuine Love & Truth.

To mark this day, the popular singer/songwriter, Nikki Laoye, further hints on this with her own few words of inspiration:

"Once again..its October 1st - its Nigeria's 53rd Independence Day Celebration today and so many thoughts run through my head as I ponder on our advancement as a nation. But i choose to remind & encourage us all that Everyday is another moment given to us, by God, to make our world a better place for one another.  Our country will get better but it will take the right ideas, the right plans, the right developments and the right training in all sectors to be put in place and above all -
"TRUE LOVE FOR ONE ANOTHER".
If we really love one other, there is NOTHING we won't do to make our nation more comfortable for each other.
Do take out time to do your own bit in your home, on your street, on that job, in that ministry, on that seat of power...cos indeed little drops of water make a mighty ocean.
May the words of our anthem come alive in each Nigerian and i really pray for God to "guide our leaders right" and help us all to truly " grow in love and honesty".
