Born 1st of August, Abimbola started singing from the church choir from the age of 12. After graduating from Ogun State University in Nigeria. She started her professional cares as lead vocalist in Mike Aremu's Vision Band in 2003 and have performed on various platforms across Nigeria ,UK and the United States. She has performed with many but to list a few,Yolanda Brown, Judith Sephuma, Ron Kenoly, Mike Aremu, Kunle Ayo, Yinka Davies, Onyeka Onwenu, Wole Oni.
She released her debut album titled - "New Season" in the fall of 2012, in London and hence taken her music to another level by speaking of now and beyond in her new project in which her latest hit single titled - "Igbagbo" is now officially released.
Igbagbo talks mainly about believe. There are no impossibilities except as prescribed by a man's mind. A fusion of oriental rock and afrocentric music, her lyrics is baked to inspire and challenge you to new heights.
