Contemporary Gospel Artiste, PITA has finally released the video for one of his major hit singles, "IMELA".
Shot on location by Gambit Pictures, the video proves to be an excellent expression of the song that has been on the lips of many young believers since its release in his debut album, AS I AM , in 2010.
PITA's fans are totally elated to see a sign of progress/improvement from the young artiste since his car accident about a week ago, when a car ,out of control, ran Pita's car into the side of Lagos most popular bridge, 3rd mainland Bridge, leaving him with a broken arm, fractured hip bone and bruises.
Undergoing treatment and healing rapidly, with his arm in a cast, PITA is up in high spirits and working daily to ensure his fans get the best of his music and videos regardless of his present condition.

ABOUT PITA
Peter Linus, known as PITA (stands for "Praise in this Age") is a contemporary gospel artiste from Lagos, Nigeria. In 2010, a promotional edition of his debut album, ‘As I am’ was released, consisting of his radio hit singles, "One Man" , "Imela" and more.
Pita fell in love with music at the age of seven when he joined the children’s choir at the Upper Mission Church, Lagos where he took lead roles in the choir.
In his teenage years, Pita joined a six-man acapella group by the name - Baby’s Heart. With the group, which is still active, Pita toured various cities across Nigeria, resonating mainly with the youth of the nation.
Now a solo artiste, Pita has collaborated and worked with prominent gospel artistes across Nigeria including Tosin Martins, Olufunmi, B.O.U.Q.I, Aity and many more.
Recently, Pita wrote about 5 songs for the movie soundtrack of soon to be released movie, "Journey To Self", starring Nse Ekpe Etim, Dakore, Katherine Ubiang. The movie was written and produced by top Nigerian female artiste, Ashionye and featured top Nigerian artistes such as Nikki Laoye, Harrisong and more on the soundtracks.
Pita also kicked off "Gospel Kulture", an online platform aimed at promoting gospel music and ideas.
He was also mentioned as the refreshing new face for Zara Water (Nigeria), launched last year.
On a family note, PITA is the brother in law to popular Nigerian actress, Stephanie Okereke-Linus.
