With the support of three Nigerian celebrities Ice Prince, Waje and
P.R.E, PC giant, Hewlett Packard (HP) launched their new Windows 8 touch enabled
Envy series products - the Envy 4 Touchsmart, the Envy x2 notebook/tablet and
the Envy 23 AIO.
Looking for that device that’s got it all? The ENVY x2 PC which is a unique
combination of a Tablet & a Notebook gets you the most of your computer.
This product comes with a bright vivid HD Touch display and a detachable tablet
for those times when you want to carry even less. It also has an optional
stylus which adds creativity, giving customers the freedom to write, draw and
navigate with added accuracy. As a tablet, it comes with an excellent 7-hour
battery life and when docked as a notebook – 14-hour battery life is what you
get.
The second product, the Envy 23 AIO desktop is an all in one PC great for the
entire family with a vibrant, fantastic 23inch touch screen that allows you to
go beyond the keyboard and the mouse and swipe the screen as well as an
impressive 3rd Generation Intel dual-core processor. The Envy 4 Touch
smart notebook is a 14inch; Ultrathin lightweight laptop fully loaded with an
extended battery life of over 8 hours and an impressive 3rd generation Intel
Core Processor plus Intel HD Graphics 4000.
All three products come with Beats Audio which provides you with a rich audio
experience.
The series of events scheduled to launch these products has already begun. The
first event took place at the Lagos NYSC camp, on the 24th of March, 2013. The
others are scheduled to take place at SPAR Lekki on March 30, 2013, The Palms
on April 6, 2013, and the Enugu Mall (Polo Park) on April 13, 2013 by 9am
respectively.
You get the opportunity to meet and make your own remixes of your favorite
Waje, Ice Prince or P.R.E songs on the spot using HP’s fantastic Windows 8 Envy
series.
The winner picked by the public
gets a chance to record their very own remix with Waje, Ice Prince or P.R.E in
the studio, while all finalists will be awarded discounted vouchers from HP
Partners.
